A Little Baby Bling

I had planned on making my friend Alesha a baby blanket for her new bundle of joy (who shares my birthday, by the way), but I started the project and it wasn't working out and then I just ended up frustrated and with a big mess of fluffy fibers on my living room floor. I don't know what my problem was, but I decided it wasn't worth the frustration and threw the project in a bag for later so I didn't have to look at it for a while. But then I still needed something to send off to Alesha, so I made these instead:

They are so tiny, it was hard to get a good picture of them!

Here's Juliana modeling one for you:

And here's Juliana and Danielle modeling some bling I made for them, because I can't resist puppy-dog eyes and a cute little, "can you make one for me, mommy?"

On a side note, little Juliana is blowing raspberry storms and is finally starting to laugh and giggle. But can I get either of those things on video? Of course not. Even when she doesn't see the camera she somehow knows when to stop. But I'm determined - I'll catch her one of these days.

Earl is the baby bracelet maker in our family. He made each of the girls first bracelets. And special ones for their blessings. Gotta love him!
